  Upon turning down the bed linen I found an unopened thank God small box of cereal under the covers. When I went to throw it away I found the trash can full of the last guest's trash. I called the front desk and the persons response was Uh Oh. A housekeeper arrived a few minutes later, emptied the trash and handed me another set of sheets. He did not offer to remake the bed but instead evidently assumed I would do so. The hotel is not very clean and desperately in need of repairs. I will not stay there again.

  Good value for the $$ and the room was very clean & roomy, especially when compared to other NYC options. Friednly, helpful front desk staff. Easy to to drive in on a Saturday a.m. and out on Sunday p.m. A bit out of the way when compared to mid-town
